Posts, beams, rafters and roof sheets, cut to length with the holes already punched. Nothing to fabricate on site.
Every bracket and fixing
The brackets, bolts and screws the plans call for, in the pack. Not a list of what to go and buy.
Engineer-rated plans
The drawings and span tables for the structure you ordered — the part a council application asks for.

So you can see what the structure is rated to, rather than taking anyone's word for it.
On the day
Making the day go smoothly
A kit is long, heavy and flat-packed. Five minutes of thought beforehand saves a lot of shuffling on the day. If access is tight or you are not sure a truck can reach the spot, talk it through with us before you order.
- 01Have somewhere flat and dry to stack it, out of the way of the build
- 02Clear access from where a truck can stop to where it is going
- 03Have a second person around — roof sheets are long and awkward, even empty-handed
- 04Check the pack against the list before anything gets moved or opened
- 05Keep the plans somewhere they will not get rained on
A delivery is a drop-off, not an installation. The truck brings the kit; the building is yours to do, which is where the saving comes from.
